 PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card - We accept several cards like Visa, MasterCard & American Express.  
  • PayPal - Easily shop online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a new PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

  • Bank Deposit - We also accept direct bank transfers. Please note, orders will not be processed until the transaction has been cleared.
  • Apple Pay (iOS only)

SHIPPING

What are the estimated time of arrival (Domestic)?  

  • Delivery in 7-14 working days. 

  • Peak season / Special situation (like COVID-19) will takes up to 18-21 working days. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will try to send the products to you ASAP. 

What are the estimated time of arrival (International)?

  • International shipping can take up to 20 days and our shipping fees do not include any duties or taxes.

Why does it takes so long to arrive?

  • Orders are shipped from Seoul, Korea to our distribution center in Malaysia or Hong Kong depending on your registered address. An effective quality control will run by our team member before shipping to ensure our customer is satisfied with their purchases. After QC, order will starts shipping and delivery to clients throughout the world except for the country that courier company does not covered. Your local customs may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Where are your items shipped from?
  • Orders are shipped from our distribution center that are located in Malaysia or Hong Kong, depending on your registered address. 

Do I have to pay for any duties and import taxes?

  • No, you don't. There are no extra costs at delivery. 

What courier service do we use? 

  • PosLaju 

  • FedEx

  • S.F. Express

PosLaju is our courier for all shipments, except for overseas orders where we ship with FedEx or S.F. Express. You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our Malaysia distribution center, approx. 10-14 business days from order date.

How to check the status of my order?

  • As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with the Tracking Number to track the delivery.

PACKAGING

  • A thick and good quality dust bag is provided with each handbag purchased.
  • To be kind to the environment, recycled items / boxes are used in packing whenever possible.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN

No Refunds / No Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at info@zoelltsy.com with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
